Hi everyone,

My name is Amal M, and I am writing this with a heavy heart to ask for support for my father, Mr. Ahmed Masood.

Many of you know my dad as a dedicated and passionate teacher. For years, he has poured his energy into his students, prioritizing their education and well-being above his own. He is the kind of teacher who stays late to help a struggling student and who truly believes in the potential of every child he meets.

However, our family has recently been struck by a devastating tragedy. My father lost his beloved mother, and the shock of her sudden passing has been too much for him to bear.

This loss has caused severe emotional shock and deep personal trauma. For the first time in his life, my father is unable to stand in front of a classroom. The grief has affected his health and his ability to work, forcing him to step away from the job he loves to focus on his mental and physical recovery.

It is incredibly hard for him to be on the receiving end of help, as he is so used to being the provider. But right now, he needs to grieve without the crushing weight of financial stress. We are launching this fund to buy him the time he needs to heal properly so he can eventually return to being the father and teacher we all admire.

How the Funds Will Be Used: We have set a goal to cover his living costs for the next few months while he is on unpaid leave. Your donations will go strictly toward:

Essential Living Expenses: Covering rent/mortgage payments and utilities (electricity/water/internet) to keep a roof over his head.

Medical & Mental Health Support: paying for grief counseling, trauma therapy, and any necessary medications to help him manage the shock.

Daily Necessities: Groceries, transportation, and basic household needs.

Income Replacement: Covering the lost wages from his time away from work to ensure he doesn’t fall into debt during this vulnerable time.
