How Payments Work

  • 1) Donor Contribution: The donor pays through a secure checkout hosted by our regulated payment partner.
  • 2) Funds Held Securely: The payment partner collects and holds funds while the campaign is active and under verification.
  • 3) Payouts to Verified Campaign Owners: After completion and verification, the partner pays the campaign owner directly. Our platform fee is settled automatically by the partner.
  • 4) Refunds & Chargebacks: Handled by the payment partner according to their policies. Our team supports donors and campaign owners during the process.

KYC & Verification

All campaign owners must complete identity checks before any payout. This includes government ID, proof of address, and bank account ownership.
